Step onto the South West Coast Path for a guided foraging walk along The Minnadhu, a stunning stretch of Cornwall’s coastline. Led by expert forager Vix Hill-Ryder, this immersive experience will introduce you to the edible and medicinal plants thriving along the wild coastal landscape.
As we wander through clifftop paths and hedgerows, you'll learn to identify seasonal wild foods, discover their culinary and medicinal uses, and gain a deeper understanding of the natural world. Vix will share her extensive plant knowledge, sustainable foraging techniques, and inspiring ways to incorporate wild ingredients into your everyday life.
Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned forager, this journey along the SW Coast Path will open your eyes to the abundance of nature’s larder.
