Discover the culinary, medicinal, and ecological importance of seaweed, along with sustainable harvesting techniques and simple ways to incorporate these nutrient-rich plants into your diet. From salty sea greens to mineral-rich kelps, this immersive session will introduce you to the hidden bounty of Cornwall’s wild coastline.


Perfect for beginners and seasoned foragers alike, this course will give you the confidence to safely collect and prepare wild seaweed while deepening your connection to the rhythms of the ocean.
